The most common places for a skip bin to be placed for your disposal needs would be your driveway. It can also be placed on a front lawn, road, nature strip or onsite for larger jobs. For skip bins that will be placed on Council Property, such as the road or nature strip, a Council Permit is required. Our knowledgeable staff can discuss your skip bin placement options with you at the time of booking.

Yes, we do offer accounts to customers who regularly use our skip bins. Please contact our friendly office staff on 9460 5333 to discuss if you qualify.

If you book your skip bin online, during the checkout process you will select a drop off date and a pick up date. If you book your skip bin over the phone you will discuss these dates with a representative of our customer service team. Our policy is to deliver the skip bins on the day you have chosen or that we both agree on.

Times for delivery are either AM or PM. If your skip bin is scheduled to be delivered in the AM, that will happen between 7am and 12pm. If your skip bin is scheduled to be delivered in the PM, that will happen between 12pm and 4pm.

Pick up will be on your nominated day or the next business day

If we are not going to be able to complete pick up or delivery by the chosen times, Unlimited Bins will contact you to advise a new time that suits both parties. In this rare circumstance you will not be entitled to a refund of any sort.

Depending on where you decide to place the skip bin, you may require a Council Permit. Most Councils require a Permit if you want to place the skip bin on a road or nature strip. We arrange the Permit on your behalf which covers you for the correct Public Liability Insurance that is required to place the skip on Council Property. As all Council Permit costs vary, please contact our office to discuss prices.
